EMS 2027

European Marathi Sammelan (EMS) 2027 is proud to offer a grand stage for artists to perform and showcase their talents. In keeping with our tradition of nurturing local talent, our committee warmly invites aspiring artists from Europe and the United Kingdom to share the stage alongside celebrated artists and special guests from India.

We welcome all enthusiastic and interested local artists to apply.

Selected participants will have the exciting opportunity to perform at this magnificent event alongside renowned artists.

HOW TO APPLY

Submit an open video link (e.g., YouTube, Google Drive) of a recent, relevant performance to:

Video Duration Guidelines

• Singing / Anchoring / Dance: 2 - 4 minutes
• Drama / Acting: 4 - 10 minutes
• Stand-up Comedy: 3 - 5 minutes
• Kavya Vachan: 2 - 4 minutes

Submission Format & Accessibility
Please ensure that submitted entries for selection clearly showcase both the performer(s) and the performance.
Participation & Selection Note
EMS 2027 aims to have a diverse mix of performances (singing, dance, drama, etc.). Program type and available time slots will be the primary basis for selection. We welcome both individual and group performers to apply. Final selections will be thoughtfully curated based on overall programming needs, diversity of performances, and event flow. In case of high participation, group performances may be given slight preference. Due to time constraints, not all entries may be selected. Non-selection does not reflect on the quality or talent of the artist — this is a cultural event, not a competition. The Committee's decisions will be final and impartial.
Guest Artist Collaboration
Selected artists may have the opportunity to co-perform with guest artists. This may become a memorable moment for the local artist. If such an opportunity arises, the EMS 2027 Committee will inform the relevant artists in due course.
Remuneration & Registration
Participation for local artists is voluntary, and no remuneration will be provided. ⁠All selected local artists are required to complete registration within the deadline specified in the confirmation email sent to them. Failure to complete registration within the given timeframe may result in disqualification, and the opportunity may be extended to artists on the waitlist.
Promotion & Organization Policy
As per our policy, we will not be promoting any individual groups or mandals.
